            A contract

            Payroll information

            Certificate of insurance (worker’s comp)

 

 

First contact the Local 22 office for the appropriate contract for the job.

With the return of the signed contract, we will also need a certificate of insurance showing worker’s compensation coverage.  The insurance may be provided by a third party payroll company if you are using one.

 

The Local 22 office can provide suggested local payroll companies if needed.  We also work with the major national theatrical payroll companies on a regular basis.

 

Once we have this information we can schedule your job.
