The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation hosts
a discussion creating fair elections and
strategies for new political candidates in
raising money to mount a competitive campaign.
Speakers will include Doris Huerta, co-founder
of the United Farm Workers, and other labor
leaders. The discussion is part of the CBCF's
38th Annual Legislative Conference.
