Latest Loach Film to Premiere in Labor Filmfest

Ken Loach's latest film, "It's a Free World…" will get its U.S. premiere at the DC Labor FilmFest, report FilmFest organizers. "We're tremendously thrilled," said FilmFest Director Chris Garlock, "This is the proverbial icing on the cake and tops a terrific FilmFest line-up that includes a rare Ken Loach retrospective." Loach will appear in person at the October 11 Opening Night screening of "It's a Free World..." The complete 2007 Labor FilmFest line-up - which includes a series of free "Sneak Previews" in September - will be released around Labor Day.
