POSTING STORIES AND GRAPHICS
Members of the International Labor Communications Association can post news or analysis stories, announcements and graphics for display on the website.
Other ILCA members are free to use stories and graphics in their publications or on websites -- with proper credit to the original writer and publication. Stories are posted in the Swapping Stories section and are marked with (ILCA Member Story).
To submit a story, email it to reporter@aflcio.org. ILCA has the right to delete or return obscene or gratuitously defamatory stories. Stories will generally be posted in the order they're received. After 30 days stories may be erased.
Graphics should also be emailed to reporter@aflcio.org. Keep graphics small: 72 dpi is the most density that can be displayed on the web, so there is no need for any graphic to be over 100 kb, and most will do quite well at 30. Send graphics as JPEG or GIF files. TIFF, PhotoShop or other high-resolution graphics will be deleted; we do not have the storage capacity to keep them. After 30 days graphics may be erased.
Announcements, jobs, events, and other
materials should be sent to mstrauss@aflcio.org with a
clear, descriptive subject and a date for
removal. After 30 days, or a date specified,
materials may be erased.
Please send us your stories, announcements, events, jobs, and other interesting tidbits of interest to the labor community.
